CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man has been charged in connection with a shooting outside a club in southwest Charlotte, according to court records.

Lloyd Graham Jr., 38, is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, and simple assault stemming from a Nov. 16 incident at the Gold Club on Old Pineville Road.

According to an affidavit, Graham and another man were asked to leave the club after causing a disturbance.

Both men remained outside and refused to leave, court documents state. Graham allegedly instigated altercations with other customers and punched one unidentified patron in the face.
