PHOENIX —
Three people are dead and one person is in the hospital after a shooting in south Phoenix on the early evening of Sunday, according to the city's police department.
At around 4:45 p.m., police said officers were called to a domestic violence incident at a home in the area of 39th Street and Beverly Road.
The caller stated that a man was shooting a gun from inside the home and multiple people were shot.
Police said when officers arrived, a man, identified as 68-year-old George Chin Ku, and a woman, 64-year-old Scarlett Shiu-Mei Ku, sustained at least one gunshot wound and died.
Additionally, two men, one of whom was identified as 31-year-old Jeremy Jonathan Ku, were suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said.
Both men were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated
