INDIANAPOLIS — Youngstown State is among the field of teams competing for the 2025 FCS Football Championship. The field was announced today by the NCAA.
The 15-seed Penguins (8-4) will host Yale (8-2) out of the Ivy League in the first round at Stambaugh Stadium on Nov. 29 with a noon kickoff tentatively scheduled.
North Dakota State (12-0), winners of the Missouri Valley Football Conference, earned the top seed in their 16th consecutive appearance in the championship. The Bison are the defending champions and have won 16 straight games dating back to last season.
