SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - One of the three suspects arrested and charged after the deadly shooting at an Airbnb in Bath Township, will be arraigned in Akron Municipal Court Monday.

Derquan Edwards, 18, is charged with murder and nine counts of felonious assault.

Jashawn Stewart, 19, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Saturday, Nov. 22.

Stewart is also charged with one count of murder and nine counts of felonious assault. The judge ordered Stewart held on a $3 million bond.

The third suspect, a 16-year-old boy, is charged with one count of delinquency to commit murder and nine counts of delinquency to commit felonious assault
