CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) - An infant is fighting for her life at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital after a babysitter allegedly abused her, causing serious physical injuries.

Amanda Greger, 37, of Goshen, is facing two counts of child endangering and one count of tampering with evidence, Clermont County court records show.

According a complaint, Greger was babysitting the child overnight on Nov. 9 at the mother’s home.

When the child’s mother came home from work the next morning, she saw her daughter was asleep wearing a hoodie with what appeared to be stained with blood and vomit, the complaint says.

She also noticed her daughter was lethargic and had bruises and abrasions on her lip.

That same morning, the mother took the infant to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
