The government and the NHS have launched a new Healthy Choices Quiz . It promises to help Brits boost their mood and energy while also helping the NHS shift from treating sickness to preventing it.

While the government claims it could help millions of Brits, critics have slammed the release just two days before the Budget on November 26. With mixed reviews branding it “tone deaf” and “simplistic…but welcome”.

The Healthy Choices Quiz takes around five minutes to complete and is meant to give people across England personalised steps to boost their health, mood and energy. It includes questions around nutrition, movement, smoking and sleep.
