Kyle Ure has returned to Celtic from loan side Ayr United due to injury, manager Scott Brown has confirmed.
The 19-year-old was forced off for Scotland U21 in their qualifying match against Bulgaria last week with a hamstring injury, a game in which the midfielder started.
Now, ex-Celtic captain Brown has revealed that Ure is back with his parent club. “Unfortunately, he’s picked up a bad one and is back with Celtic now to begin his rehab," he said. [ Voice of Reason ]
“Hopefully, he’ll be back performing like he was before long because he’s a top talent and one we’ll miss. Others now have the chance to step in and show those levels.”
