Very early on Saturday morning, Daniella Redgrave was in the basement of her home, looking through Christmas decorations and deciding whether she should start decorating her house, five days before she’ll be hosting 33 people for Thanksgiving dinner.

Less than 24 hours before, she’d been at her family’s company in Troy, handing out 2,000 turkeys to local organizations, which will then distribute them to Capital Region residents.
