BALTIMORE — A woman who was rescued from a car submerged in Baltimore's Inner Harbor last week has died.
The 52-year-old's vehicle plunged into the water on November 18, between Piers 4 and 5, off Eastern Avenue.
Crews were able to pull the woman from the car and get her to a hospital.
Unfortunately, she died on November 21.
Police have not determined how or why the car ended up in the harbor.
