The tradition of a pre-Christmas theatrical presentation at Westminster United Church continues this season, but with a slight change. Instead of one play, director Pat ‘Gray and her cast of stallwarts have arrangead for two complete shows with a brief intermission in between.
The main show is A Gift To Remember, based on a book by Debbie Macomber and adapted to a one-act play by Joseph Robinette.

Rich in warm humour and perhaps some eye-watering moments, this play tells the story of a group of passengers on a train stranded in a remote station stop in New Hampshire in the middle of a fierce blizzard and al locomotive that needs repairs. The delay leaves several of the passengers in stressful situations as it is Christmas Eve and they have plans or obligations.
