LOUISVILLE, Ky. — After starting Thanksgiving week with dense fog Monday morning, we can expect one or two more impacts to travel, mainly happening on Tuesday.
Widespread showers are likely Tuesday morning with pockets of heavy rain possible throughout your morning commute hours. This rain will impact your travel and you should expect slowdowns through the morning hours, so give yourself extra time Tuesday morning.
By Wednesday morning, showers will have moved out and we will likely be at our warmest point of the day fairly early in the morning. Expect falling temperatures throughout the day on Wednesday.
Travel impacts on Wednesday should be minimal but windy conditions are expected with gusts up to 25 miles per hour likely.
