AKRON, Ohio – Metro RTA celebrates Giving Tuesday each year by giving back to the community and its passengers.
This year, the transit authority is teaming up with the Gospel Meets Symphony Choir to host a free concert for community members. The concert is scheduled for Dec. 2 at 6 p.m. at the Metro RTA Transit Center, located at 631 S. Broadway St.
The Gospel Meets Symphony Choir will perform six selections for the program, according to Brenda Justice, administrative assistant and coordinator of choral activities for the Akron Symphony Orchestra.
