GROVETOWN, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Over the weekend, the Grovetown Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force conducted “Operation Fowl Play,” which is aimed at targeting child predators in and around the CSRA.

The operation was held from Thursday to Sunday, according to Grovetown Police Chief Jamey Kitchens.

Kitchens says during the operations, 208 verified adults expressed a desire to meet for sexual activity.
