ROCK HILL, S.C. (WBTV) - One person was killed, and four others were hospitalized after a two-car crash on Interstate 77 in York County on Sunday night.
As of this writing, the person who died has not been identified.
What happened
The collision reportedly happened around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, near mile marker 72 on I-77 South in Rock Hill.
Troopers said an SUV struck a sedan traveling in the same direction.
The sedan’s driver died at the crash scene, while the SUV’s driver and three passengers were taken to the hospital by paramedics.
Investigators said the wreck remains under investigation, and, as of this writing, no charges have been filed.
