NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing a package from a front porch in Central City.

According to the NOPD, an unknown man approached a home in the 3500 block of Danneel Street on Nov. 19 and took a package from the residence’s porch. Police said the man then fled in an unknown direction.

Detectives are working to identify and locate the individual.
