PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Three people are dead, and another is hurt after domestic violence shooting in south Phoenix on Sunday afternoon.

At about 4:45 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the area of 39th Street and Beverly Road , just south of Baseline Road, for reports of a domestic violence incident.

As police were on the way, the caller told dispatchers that a man was shooting a gun from inside the home and that multiple people had been shot, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

When officers arrived, they found 68-year-old George Chin Ku and his wife, 64-year-old Scarlett Shiu-Mei Ku, dead inside the home from at least one gunshot wound each.

Authorities also discovered two other men who had been shot. Both were taken to a nearby hospital.

One of the men later died.
