The Titusville Police Department is responding to the scene of an armed barricaded person.

The incident was reported near the 4400 block of Gray Avenue on Monday.

Police said the person is refusing to exit the residence and surrender to law enforcement.

TPD is asking the public to avoid the area until further notice.
