Strictly's Karen Carney has said it's "absolutely gutting" that La Voix has been forced to pull out of the competition.

The RuPaul's Drag Race UK star was sitting out last weekend's Blackpool shows after suffering a "bone bruise" on her foot. But as Saturday's programme (November 22) got under way, host Tess Daly announced that La Voix was having to quit the BBC competition altogether.

Karen, who is still in the running to win the coveted Glitterball, has now penned a sweet message for La Voix, thanking her for the "joy" she brought to the show.

Sharing a string of snaps from La Voix's Strictly journey, she wrote on Instagram: "It’s hard enough when anyone leaves @bbcstrictly but when it’s because of an injury it’s absolutely gutti
