Gov. Bill Lee announced two judicial appointments last week.

Bethany Glandorf was appointed as a circuit court judge for the 20th Judicial District, located within Davidson County. She fills a vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Phillip Robinson.

Glandorf currently serves as a special master for the Third Circuit Court in the 20th Judicial District. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her law degree from the University of Memphis.

Lee also named Matthew Colvard as district attorney for the 31st Judicial District, representing Van Buren and Warren counties. He fills an opening left by the resignation of General Christopher Stanford.
