As promised several weeks ago , a group of West Nashville residents have filed an ethics complaint against District 20 Metro Councilmember Rollin Horton in which they allege doxxing, misuse of public office, improper influence, retaliation against constituents and interference with protected political activity.

The 20-page complaint was filed on Nov. 20 by Rachel Gladstone, vocal anti-rezoning advocate Chris Remke and Lauren Magli, a resident of The Nations who has also been vocal in her opposition of an extensive rezoning plan for the West Nashville neighborhood spearheaded by Horton earlier this year.
