OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A man has been arrested in connection with a building fire that broke out late Wednesday night .
The fire happened in a vacant auto body shop near Saddle Creek and Hamilton Street.
33-year-old Isaac Agory was arrested in connection to the fire, according to police records.
An arrest affidavit states a witness told police they heard Agory threatening to burn down the building during an argument.
The affidavit also states that Agory was threatening to kill his girlfriend.
While being questioned, Agory denied starting the fire, but admitted to being there the evening of the fire.
While the building was considered vacant, investigators said there were homeless people inside at the time of the fire.
