The Kirkland, Que., native arrives with nine years of coaching experience in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League, including the past two seasons as the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada head coach.

“(We’re) excited by what he is and what he’ll do for us,” Sting general manager Dylan Seca said. “(He) has a really good resume. Knows our young core players really, really well.”

Turcotte is a big fan of Sting forwards Beckham Edwards and Alessandro Di Iorio after coaching them at multiple international tournaments.
