BALTIMORE —
It looks like Cincinnati's star quarterback will be back just in time for the big Bengals-Ravens Thanksgiving Day matchup.
Joe Burrow, 28, is ready to take to the field months after suffering a turf toe injury that sidelined him for the majority of the season so far.
Bengals Head Coach Zac Taylor says he anticipates Burrow to return to the field for the Bengals (3-8) showdown with Baltimore (6-5) and former Louisville star Lamar Jackson.
Burrow posted an Instagram story , indicating his return. The post is a throwback picture with the caption, "he's back."
Burrow's return means Joe Flacco, who's been playing in Burrow's absence, will now be the backup.
Baltimore is currently first place in the division.
Baltimore and Cincy play again Dec. 14 in Cincinnati.
