Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a fraud from an ATM.
According to police, it happened on Oct. 1 just before 11 p.m.
The victim was using an ATM at a bank located in the Kingston Center. After completing their transaction, they unknowingly left their debit card behind in the machine.
The suspect, who used the ATM after the victim, was able to access the person’s bank account and withdraw $1,000.
The suspect is described as middle aged, wearing a Philadelphia Phillies ball cap, black oversized sunglasses and a grey top.
