Despite Tom Bergeron’s plea to bring back Dancing With the Stars results shows, one executive producer doesn’t appear to be in a rush.
“You know … I think we’re going great right now,” Deena Katz shared with TV Insider in an interview published Friday, November 21. “But I used to love the results show. They were so much fun. It was like doing a big variety show. We had music, dance … it was everything. It was great.”
In previous seasons of Dancing With the Stars, the show would air two days in a row, with one night dedicated to performances and judges scoring the contestants. The next night would reveal who America voted to eliminate.
“It’d be fun to do those again, but I feel we’re doing great right now,” Katz added. “I’m thrilled with what we’re doing.”
