The moment for which we have been waiting finally has arrived. Marco Rubio, the Incredible Shrinking Politician, has been miniaturized beyond the limits of the human eye. He’s going to be doing press conferences by electron microscope any day now.

Over the weekend , the shrinkage, in every sense of the word, ran wild on the subject of the administration’s alleged plan to settle the conflict in Ukraine by giving Russia everything it wants. Unfortunately for Rubio, the plan apparently was originally written in Cyrillic. From PBS:
