LUDINGTON, Mich. — Over the weekend, a person was injured while driving on US-31 after a field plow fell off another vehicle's trailer and the driver struck the plow near Ludington.
Michigan State Police are now seeking the driver of the truck that was towing the field plow.
The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. on Saturday when a white Chevrolet 2500 pulling a double axel dump-style trailer on US-31 took the US-10 ramp.
While on the ramp, the plow that had been on the truck's trailer fell off. A passing vehicle struck the plow and the driver was injured, police did not share the extent of their injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck left the scene and continued on US-10.
