(KRON) -- California Highway Patrol officers witnessed a Porsche speeding Saturday night in Hayward, the law enforcement agency said. Around 9:25 p.m., a black Porsche was going 100 mph eastbound on A Street, coming from Hesperian Boulevard.
The suspect vehicle went southbound on I-880, and CHP units lost visual, authorities said. An Alameda County Sheriff air unit tracked the Porsche down on SR-92 westbound.

The vehicle was parked in Belmont where three juveniles inside were detained, according to CHP. The juveniles were then released to their parents, and the car was impounded.
CHP said charges will be filed but did not specify what charges the minors will be facing.
