BELTON, Texas — A Bell County grand jury has indicted former Belton High School teacher Pietro Victor Giustino on two counts of invasive visual recording, adding new state charges to an already active federal case.
Giustino, who was previously arrested in July on federal child pornography charges, is accused of secretly recording several female students in a classroom setting, according to investigators.
Following the indictments, a warrant was issued ordering Giustino to appear in Bell County to face the state charges. He remains booked in the Bexar County Jail, with an arraignment hearing set for Dec. 5 and a pretrial hearing for Jan. 23.
The city of Belton said in September that the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Giustino in Bexar County on state charges after investigators disc
