OMAHA, Neb. —
A Millard Public Schools student brought an unloaded pistol in to school on Monday.
Officials told KETV the child, a student at Beadle Middle School, didn't have any ammunition on them.
The principal said that they responded immediately, bringing the school resource officer and additional police into the situation.
The principal called this a "very poor decision" and said the student code of conduct is clear on these matters.
