JONESBORO — A Newport man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that he was trafficking fentanyl and other drugs.
Newport police previously arrested Timothy Dewayne Brown, Jr., 49, a convicted felon,, in a traffic stop on Malcolm Avenue back on Dec. 18, 2024.
