Residents near Elm Street, north of Findlay Market in Cincinnati, are urging city leaders to close a bar after seven people were shot outside the establishment this month, including three individuals in the most recent incident early Sunday morning.

Some neighbors had been discussing the issue with city leaders before the latest shooting, expressing concerns about the ongoing violence.

"Honestly, this is a life and death situation at this point," said one resident who wished to remain anonymous. The resident had warned city leaders about the potential for more violence, saying, "I literally told him, hey, close this establishment or people are going to lose their lives. It's like literally 24 hours later, t
