CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago tax attorney Adam Beckerink pleaded guilty to another contempt of court charge in Michigan Monday.

The I-Team first reported on that charge last month after we obtained a police report about an incident this summer, when Beckerink was intoxicated at a court ordered drug test. For now, Beckerink will remain in a Berrien County, Michigan jail to continue serving his sentence for domestic violence charges. He faces extradition to Cook County on a Chicago police warrant for the murder of his 36-year-old wife, Caitlin Tracey.
