LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An Oldham County man has been indicted on sex crimes.

Ronald Bertucci, 43, has been charged with third degree rape and sodomy.

The indictment said the crimes allegedly happened sometime between July 14 and July 28, and that the victim is between 16 and 17 years old.

Details surrounding his arrest were not immediately available, but he was taken into custody on Nov. 18.
