FAYETTEVILLE -- University of Arkansas interim football Coach Bobby Petrino plans to keep his starter at quarterback under wraps all week as the Razorbacks prepare for Saturday's 2:30 p.m. season finale against Missouri at Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
After Texas converted an interception on senior Taylen Green's weird pitch/pass to build a 38-20 lead in the third quarter, Petrino stuck with redshirt freshman KJ Jackson the rest of the way in last Saturday's 52-37 loss.
The first question in Petrino's weekly news conference was if he had in mind who would start against the Tigers.
"Oh no, not yet," Petrino replied. "We've got to play it out in practice and make sure everybody's in good shape. And we probably won't even announce it, you know. We'll just work it and see who's ready to go."
