Roswell Christians providing community meals

’Tis the season to give back and mingle with the community. Giving thanks and celebrating together is what this holiday is all about. The true meaning of Thanksgiving, after all, is all about family and friends gathering together to give thanks for what they have been blessed with. For the less fortunate and those who don’t have family close by, there is a place for you as well.

The God Inspired Gathering (GIG) will serve their meal, organized by Jim Ridgway, on the lawn of the Chaves County Courthouse from noon until about 2 p.m. This event is open to the public, so anyone and everyone is welcome to attend.
