Grab your ugly holiday sweater. North State residents from Red Bluff to Redding to Yreka have about a month to check holiday festivals and other celebratory events off their 2025 bucket list.

This year’s November-December calendar is packed with outdoor and indoor Christmas festivals, theater performances, light shows and places to wear that gaudy holiday sweater.

Here's a list of 26 things to do before Dec. 25. Some events continue through the new year, while others vanish with holidays.
