EUGENE, Ore. - According to the Lane County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested several drivers for DUII over the past week, with each case carrying the potential for tragic outcomes.
On Nov. 10, deputies responded to a disorderly subject at a gas station in Creswell. Andrew Randall Lukkasson-Huss, 31, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested for multiple charges, including driving under the influence of intoxicants, after he was found preventing drivers from exiting a restaurant's drive-through, sheriff's deputies said.
LCSO officials said that, the following day, a deputy observed a 30-year-old Veneta man, identified as Joshua Wayne Mustin, unable to maintain his lane as he drove on Highway 126. After a traffic stop and investigation, Mustin was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangeri
