Recently, David Bregger published a guest column in the Daily Gazette on the one-year anniversary of Nick Scribner’s tragic death, stating that my bill (A5852A) requiring labeling on kratom products is a “one size fits all kratom regulation” and that the natural kratom leaf is not what is causing harm.

Kratom leaves are not the problem. That is not what is being sold.
