DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - The investigation into issues at Community Action Duluth (CAD) continues, following a press release that was sent by the Board of Directors last Friday.

Two weeks ago, vendors began voicing concerns after the sudden cancellation Lincoln Park Farmers Market, saying they hadn’t been paid by CAD in months.

Days later, Northern News Now obtained paperwork showing CAD has more than $120,000 in unpaid bills dating back to this summer.
