Everton hero Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall said Idrissa Gueye apologised to his team-mates at half-time after being sent off against Manchester United in remarkable scenes at Old Trafford. Gueye struck team-mate Michael Keane after the pair came together following a misunderstanding in the 13th minute, which led to a shot from Bruno Fernandes.
