It’s no laughing matter.

Comedian Louis C.K. was recently caught kissing Philip Seymour Hoffman’s longtime partner, Mimi O’Donnell, 11 years after the acting legend’s fatal overdose .

C.K., 58, was spotted walking arm-in-arm with O’Donnell through New York City over the weekend, per photos obtained by Daily Mail .

More pics showed the pair stopping to kiss during their romantic stroll through the Big Apple, while others saw the “Louie” star gently holding O’Donnell’s face in his hands.

The controversial comedian later removed his hat and took O’Donnell by the arm while a small white dog, which C.K. held by a leash, followed close behind.
