CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - With Small Business Saturday just days away, several Heartland businesses are gearing up for a busy weekend.

Annie Laurie’s in downtown Cape said they have everything stocked, ready to go, and are expecting a big rush.

“We want you to beat the holiday rush and come on in and enjoy small business graciousness, a smaller space, to be able to move around, and we have every kind of item you can imagine,” said Plant Manager Beth Preston.

Preston said they have everything from clothing to records, jewelry and of course, plants.

She encourages shoppers to make their way to not only support them, but other local businesses this weekend.
