BELL COUNTY, Texas — A missing man from Bell County has been found safe, the Bell County Sheriff's Office has announced.
The Sheriff's Office asked the public for help locating the 82-year-old man on Monday, Nov. 24, saying he had left in a black pickup truck.
The Sheriff's Office said multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the search for the man.
The truck's license plate was first picked up on a license plate reader in the Alvarado area in the late morning of Nov. 24, and was later seen in Georgetown in the early evening, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Late in the evening, the Sheriff's Office announced that the man had been found safe.
