Two climbers have died after falling from New Zealand's tallest peak.
The pair were part of a group of four attempting to climb 3,724-metre Mount Cook/Aoroki, about three hours from Queenstown.
The two other climbers were rescued uninjured by helicopter early on Tuesday, November 25. They contacted emergency services on the night of Monday, November 24.
