Newcastle United can take a huge step towards the knockout stages of the Champions League with a positive result against Marseille in the south of France tonight.
Eddie Howe's side have put themselves in a strong position in the league table with wins over Union SG, Benfica and Athletic Bilbao, but will face a tough test against Roberto De Zerbi's outfit.
United come into the game on the back of Saturday's morale-boosting 2-1 win over Manchester City, but are aware that their away form has not matched their home results. Anthony Gordon is in the squad, having missed out with a hip injury in recent weeks, but Kieran Trippier has not travelled.
