What might just be the best name for a business we've heard in a while, Say When looks set to be the hottest new place to be in Newcastle in the run up to Christmas . And the cafe and wine bar, which aims to be a go-to place 'from latte to last call' will open in a prime location on one of the most well known streets in the area.
