Sheriff's Office conducting K-9 sweeps in Frederick County Public Schools

In collaboration with Frederick County Public Schools, the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office this month has been conducting K-9 sweeps in schools throughout the county.

The sweeps are random, unannounced and typically done, using a police dog, during school while students are in class, according to FCPS.
