A prominent 100,000sq ft warehouse in a seaside town, that used to be home to an Indian foods company, has attracted interested from potential tenants.
Indo European Foods has now vacated the former Sangamo Weston factory site in Langer Road, Felixstowe and is leasing the property, known as Kohinoor House, through commercial property specialists Coke Gearing.
The steel-frame building, measuring 112,203sq ft, has been cleared and secured and Indo-European Foods is now seeking a sub-tenant to take on the lease.
A search on the Companies House website, which registers company information, shows that Indo-European Foods is now registered to an address in London.
The company currently has a 20 year lease on the Felixstowe warehouse, but with a break clause for a new tenant in either August
