The Rotary Club of Columbia will host its sixth annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Fry this week, according to a Rotary Club news release.

The turkey fry fundraiser supports the Rotary Club's local service projects in Columbia.

The event will run from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday in preparation for frying and turkey pick up, according to the news release.

Pickup time slots begin at 8 a.m. and are available until noon on Thursday at Knights of Columbus, located at 2525 N. Stadium Blvd., according to the news release.

Each turkey will be ready to eat and serve approximately 10 to 12 people, according to the release.
